במידע רק במידה הנדרשת לצורך הפעלת האתר, טיפול בפניות ובהזמנות,

1. איזה מידע אנו עשויים לקבל

בעת שימוש באתר, יצירת קשר או שליחת בקשה להזמנה,
אנו עשויים לקבל מידע שהמשתמש מוסר לנו, לרבות:

העסק אינו מבקש מהלקוחות לשלוח צילום או העתק של תעודת זהות
לצורך הזמנה רגילה באתר.

2. מידע הנאסף בעת שימוש באתר

בעת הגלישה באתר עשוי להיאסף באופן אוטומטי מידע טכני וסטטיסטי,
לרבות מידע על הדפדפן והמכשיר, עמודים שנצפו,
מועדי ביקור, מקור ההגעה לאתר, נתוני שימוש ומידע טכני נוסף.

מידע זה עשוי להיאסף באמצעות Cookies וטכנולוגיות דומות,
וכן באמצעות שירותי צד שלישי כגון Google Analytics.

• טיפול בבקשות להזמנה ובדיקת זמינות מוצרים;

• הפקת חשבוניות, קבלות ומסמכים חשבונאיים;

4. WooCommerce והזמנות באתר

האתר עושה שימוש במערכת WordPress וב-WooCommerce.
המערכת מאפשרת ללקוח למסור פרטים ולשלוח בקשה להזמנה.

שליחת בקשה להזמנה באתר אינה מבטיחה את זמינות המוצר
ואינה מהווה בהכרח אישור סופי של העסקה.

העסק עשוי ליצור קשר עם הלקוח לאחר קבלת הבקשה
כדי לבדוק מלאי, כמויות, מפרט, מחיר ופרטים נוספים הנדרשים
לצורך המשך הטיפול בהזמנה.

5. תשלומים ו-Allpay

האתר עצמו אינו שומר את מלוא פרטי כרטיס האשראי של הלקוח
ואינו שומר את קוד האבטחה (CVV).

התשלום עשוי להתבצע באמצעות העברה בנקאית, Bit,
או בדרך אחרת שסוכמה עם הלקוח.
במקרים מסוימים העסק עשוי לשלוח ללקוח קישור תשלום מאובטח
באמצעות ספק חיצוני כגון Allpay.

בעת שימוש בקישור תשלום חיצוני,
הלקוח מזין את פרטי התשלום והפרטים הנדרשים לביצוע העסקה
ישירות במערכת של ספק התשלום.
עיבוד המידע במערכת זו כפוף גם למדיניות הפרטיות
ולתנאי השירות של ספק התשלום ושל הגורמים הרלוונטיים
המשתתפים בעיבוד התשלום.

העסק עשוי לקבל מספק התשלום מידע הנדרש לצורך זיהוי העסקה,
אישור ביצוע התשלום, סכום העסקה ופרטים הנדרשים
לצורך טיפול בעסקה והפקת מסמכים חשבונאיים.

6. WhatsApp, טלפון ודואר אלקטרוני

לקוחות יכולים ליצור איתנו קשר באמצעות WhatsApp,
טלפון ודואר אלקטרוני.

כאשר לקוח פונה באמצעות שירות חיצוני כגון WhatsApp או שירות דואר אלקטרוני,
המידע מועבר גם באמצעות אותו שירות וכפוף לתנאי השימוש
ולמדיניות הפרטיות של ספק השירות הרלוונטי.

לקוחות עשויים לשלוח באמצעות WhatsApp או דואר אלקטרוני
פרטי הזמנה, אישורי תשלום ופרטים הדרושים לצורך הפקת חשבונית או קבלה.

7. Google Analytics

האתר משתמש ב-Google Analytics לצורך קבלת נתונים סטטיסטיים
והבנת אופן השימוש באתר.

Google Analytics עשוי לאסוף מידע כגון נתוני שימוש באתר,
עמודים שנצפו, משך ביקור, מידע על הדפדפן והמכשיר,
מקור ההגעה לאתר ומיקום גיאוגרפי משוער.

Google עשויה להשתמש ב-Cookies או במזהים טכנולוגיים אחרים
לצורך הפעלת שירותי המדידה שלה.
עיבוד מידע על ידי Google כפוף למדיניות ולתנאים של Google.

העסק אינו משתמש כיום ב-Meta/Facebook Pixel
ואינו מפעיל באמצעות האתר מערכת Google Ads לצורך פרסום ממוקד,
ככל הידוע לעסק במועד עדכון מדיניות זו.

8. Cookies

האתר עשוי להשתמש ב-Cookies ובטכנולוגיות דומות
הנדרשות להפעלה תקינה של האתר ושל WooCommerce,
לשמירת העדפות, אבטחה, ניהול תהליכי אתר
וכן לצורכי מדידה וסטטיסטיקה באמצעות שירותים כגון Google Analytics.

ניתן למחוק או לחסום Cookies באמצעות הגדרות הדפדפן.
חסימת Cookies מסוימים עלולה לגרום לכך שחלק מהפונקציות באתר
לא יעבדו כראוי.

9. מסירת מידע לצדדים שלישיים

איננו מוכרים מידע אישי של לקוחות לצדדים שלישיים.

10. העברת מידע מחוץ לישראל

חלק מספקי השירות שבהם נעשה שימוש באתר או במסגרת פעילות העסק
עשויים לעבד או לאחסן מידע באמצעות מערכות ושרתים הנמצאים מחוץ לישראל.

במקרים כאלה העברת ועיבוד המידע ייעשו בהתאם לדין החל
ובהתאם להסדרים ולמדיניות של ספקי השירות הרלוונטיים.

11. שמירת מידע

המידע נשמר למשך הזמן הנדרש באופן סביר לצורך המטרות
שלשמן נאסף, טיפול בהזמנות ומתן שירות,
וכן למשך התקופות הנדרשות לפי הוראות דין,
לרבות דיני מס, חשבונאות וניהול מסמכים.

מידע שאינו נדרש עוד עשוי להימחק או להישמר בצורה שאינה מאפשרת
זיהוי אישי, בהתאם לצורך ולהוראות הדין.

12. אבטחת מידע

העסק נוקט אמצעים סבירים בהתאם לאופי פעילותו
כדי להגן על מידע אישי מפני גישה, שימוש, שינוי או גילוי בלתי מורשים.

עם זאת, אין מערכת מחשוב או תקשורת המאובטחת באופן מוחלט,
ולכן לא ניתן להבטיח חסינות מוחלטת מפני כל אירוע אבטחה.

13. דיוור ופרסום

עצם ביצוע הזמנה או מסירת פרטים באתר אינו מצרף את הלקוח
באופן אוטומטי לרשימת דיוור פרסומית של העסק.

העסק אינו נוהג לשלוח ללקוחות הודעות פרסומיות ב-WhatsApp,
SMS או דואר אלקטרוני רק משום שביצעו רכישה או שלחו בקשה להזמנה,
אלא אם קיימת לכך הסכמה או הרשאה אחרת לפי דין.

אין בכך כדי למנוע מהעסק ליצור קשר עם הלקוח
כאשר הדבר נדרש לצורך טיפול בהזמנה,
מתן שירות, אחריות או עניין אחר הקשור להתקשרות עם הלקוח.

14. זכויות בנוגע למידע אישי

אדם רשאי לפנות אלינו בנוגע למידע אישי המוחזק עליו
ולבקש לעיין במידע או לתקנו,
ככל שקיימת לו זכות לעשות כן לפי חוק הגנת הפרטיות
והוראות הדין החלות.

לצורך טיפול בבקשה אנו עשויים לבקש מידע סביר

15. מסירת מידע על ידי המשתמש

כאשר מסירת מידע מסוים נדרשת לצורך טיפול בהזמנה,
הפקת מסמך חשבונאי או מתן שירות,
אי-מסירת המידע עשויה למנוע מאיתנו להשלים את הפעולה המבוקשת.

אלא אם קיימת חובה חוקית למסור מידע מסוים,
מסירת מידע באמצעות האתר או במסגרת פנייה לעסק נעשית
על ידי המשתמש בהתאם לבחירתו ולצורך קבלת השירות המבוקש.

16. קישורים ושירותים של צדדים שלישיים

provide services, manage the Business and comply with applicable law.

1. Information We May Receive

When you use the website, contact us or submit an order request,
we may receive information that you provide, including:

• First and last name;
• Telephone number;
• Email address;
• Address, where required for the order or service;

• Messages, comments and information supplied in connection with an inquiry or order;

In certain circumstances, a customer may voluntarily provide

The Business does not request customers to provide a photograph
or copy of their identity card for an ordinary website order.

4. WooCommerce and Website Orders

The website uses WordPress and WooCommerce.
The system enables customers to provide information
and submit an order request.

Submitting an order request through the website does not guarantee
product availability and does not necessarily constitute final confirmation
of a transaction.

After receiving a request, the Business may contact the customer
to verify stock, quantities, specifications, price
and other information required to continue processing the order.

5. Payments and Allpay

The website itself does not store customers' full credit card numbers
or card security codes (CVV).

Payment may be made by bank transfer, Bit
or another method agreed with the customer.
In certain cases, the Business may provide the customer
with a secure payment link through an external service provider
such as Allpay.

When an external payment link is used,
the customer enters payment details and other information
required to process the transaction directly into the payment provider's system.
Processing by that system is also subject to the privacy policies
and terms of the payment provider and other relevant entities
involved in processing the payment.

The Business may receive information from the payment provider
that is necessary to identify the transaction,
confirm successful payment, identify the transaction amount
and process the transaction and related accounting documents.

6. WhatsApp, Telephone and Email

Customers may communicate with us through WhatsApp,
telephone and email.

When a customer communicates through an external service
such as WhatsApp or an email provider,
information is also transmitted through that service
and is subject to the applicable provider's terms and privacy policy.

Customers may send order information, payment confirmations
and information required for invoices or receipts
through WhatsApp or email.

7. Google Analytics

The website uses Google Analytics to obtain statistical information
and understand how visitors use the website.

Google Analytics may collect information such as website usage,
pages viewed, duration of visits, browser and device information,
referral sources and approximate geographical location.

Google may use cookies or other technological identifiers
to provide its measurement services.
Information processed by Google is subject to Google's applicable
policies and terms.

The Business does not currently use a Meta/Facebook Pixel
and does not currently operate a Google Ads system through the website
for targeted advertising, to the best of the Business's knowledge
as of the date of this Policy.

8. Cookies

The website may use cookies and similar technologies
that are necessary for the proper operation of the website and WooCommerce,
for storing preferences, security, website functionality,
and measurement and statistical purposes through services such as Google Analytics.

Users may delete or block cookies through their browser settings.
Blocking certain cookies may prevent some website functions
from operating correctly.

9. Sharing Information with Third Parties

We do not sell customers' personal information to third parties.

Information may be disclosed to or processed by external service providers
where reasonably required to operate the website and Business,
process payments, provide services or comply with legal obligations.

Such providers may include, as applicable:

• Website hosting and infrastructure providers;
• WordPress, WooCommerce and services associated with their operation;
• Google Analytics and relevant Google services;
• Payment service providers, including Allpay and entities involved in payment processing;
• Communication providers such as WhatsApp and email services;

a court order or a lawful request from a competent authority,
or where reasonably necessary to protect the Business's rights
